Aura Minerals Inc. (the "Company") is a Canadian-based small-cap company focused on the acquisition, exploration, development, and operation of mining properties in the Americas. The Company recently acquired the Aranzazu Project, a producing Copper-Gold-Silver mine in Mexico, and is focused on a staged expansion to deliver production growth. In addition the Company is advancing the feasibility-stage Arapiraca Copper/Gold/Iron Ore project, located in Alagoas State, Brazil. The project is located in an area of excellent infrastructure with water, power, roads and a rail line all within the project boundary. The rail system also connects the project to several deep water ports. The Company is well financed, with a current treasury of approx. $77 million, and has an experienced management team in place.
The Company also controls several early stage gold and base metals properties in Northern Brazil.
